The Comedy Store is a comedy club located in West Hollywood, California, at 8433 Sunset Boulevard on the Sunset Strip.

The Comedy Store was opened in April 1972 by comedians Sammy Shore and Rudy DeLuca. The building was formerly the home of Ciro's.

Sammy's son Pauly Shore has a reality show on TBS, titled Minding the Store. The series follows Shore as he takes control of the Comedy Store and attempts to revitalize it.

Famous stand-up alumni include Rik Mayall, Roseanne Barr, Jim Carrey, Whoopi Goldberg, David Letterman, Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor, Billy Braver, Jay London, Dave Chappelle, Chevy Chase, The Unknown Comic, Sam Kinison, Red Foxx, John Belushi, Andy Kaufman, Gallagher, Jay Leno, Bobby Lee, Andrew Dice Clay, Rodney Dangerfield, Brian Figarol, Edie McClurg and Russell Peters
